Digital Learning Object: Elizabethan Theatre #3

What are the things that we've been doing in our English class? Even though it's the last week of school, we are still doing a lot of work and one of them is studying and researching about The Elizabethan Theatre. The Elizabethan Theatre is the place where Shakespeare's works were performed. The term Elizabethan theatre, however, properly covers only the plays written and performed publicly in England during the reign of Queen Elizabeth (1558-1603).

What is the importance of learning about the Elizabethan Theatre?
- Because this is where Shakespeare's works were mostly performed. Which is really spectacular, knowing that this theatre and some audience experienced the work of Shakespeare in real life.

What am I learning?
- I learned about the wide range of things about the theatre such as the plays that happens inside and outside.
