First thought about the extract:
My first expression of this extract is only about a small group of friends and someone from that group was persuaded to do something. Then he/she was expelled because of how serious it was because the word armament was used. (someone just probably brought a weapon at school because he/she was persuaded). I didn't expect a character is going to die too.
I was correct when I predicted the story will take place at school.
