What is Arthritis?
Arthritis (from the Greek arthro-joint + itis -inflammation) us a 
condition involving damage to joints of the joints of the body. 
Arthritis literally means joint inflammation. Any joint in your body 
can become inflamed or painful from arthritis.


There are more than 100 different types of arthritis and  everyone can be a victim of arthritis, men, women and even children. But most victims of this disease are the Aged people. Incidences of osteoarthritis increase with age due to simple “wear and tear” on the joints – the older you are, the more you have used your joints
However, it is not an inevitable part of aging, because not everyone gets it.

So what are the different types of Arthritis? Here are some.

But, you dont need to panic.
PREVENTION is better than CURE.
So here are 2 ways how to Arthritis:
1. See your doctor;
- If you start to develop arthritis. See your doctor soon as possible. The longer you seek for treatment, the more destruction can occur.
2. Control your weight;
- The purpose of our knees is to support our body. Being overweight or obese can take a real toll on them. If you’re just 10 pounds overweight, the force on your knee as you take each step increases by 30 to 60 pounds.

Fact
After years of treatment, some people who suffer from various forms of arthritis have turned to unusual natural treatments that come from snakes, bees, and ants.
